I am Holly, a Yoga Therapist, Ceremonial Space Holder & Medicine Woman...

My work is rooted within the feminine path, 1-2-1 womb healing in the heart of Nottingham City Centre . I teach yoga practices that are rooted in ancient ways for my students to gain introspection, self-worth, grounding and resilience in their modern lives. 

 

I also offer Ceremonies with the Spirit of Cacao, holding circles aligned with every

New Moon. Each month, I hold intimate and loving spaces for all women to build trust and sisterhood in their local community. ​

To mark important Solar and Cross-Quarter celebrations of the wheel of the year, I offer special ceremonies for community to come together in reflection. Simple acts of connection with nature and each other like this can guide us back to the way our ancestors lived on this land.
